Founded in 1971, MV Gear has extensive experience in the manufacture and machining of gears of all types, sizes and applications, produced to order and according to customer drawings. Quality and reliability are the company’s main objectives.

Our strength lies in the production of single components and medium-sized batches through a complete manufacturing process. This begins with the purchase of certified raw materials and continues with turning, gear cutting, milling, broaching, threading, and internal and external grinding. All operations are carried out by specialized personnel using a wide range of machine tools and modern inspection equipment, in order to meet the specifications required by each customer.

For heat treatments, we rely on qualified and certified external companies. Our commitment, professionalism and constant quality controls allow us to provide our customers with increasingly high standards and lasting mutual satisfaction.
